We utilize Freshdesk to run our helpdesk. You may have heard this also referred to as "the service desk". It is where we perform the majority of the work that you see, and where we'll update you to any changes that occur to any issues you may submit. Emails are automatically sent when you submit a ticket to us, and to you when we respond. We ask that you are diligent in responding to tickets so that we can get your issue resolved as quickly as possible.


Emails sent to support@thackerbroadcasting.com are automatically forwarded into our helpdesk as well, making it easy for you to get in contact with us no matter the situation.
