How to Request New Hardware or Software

Requesting new Hardware or Software is super simple. Follow the instructions in our support article "How to Submit a Support Ticket".


If submitting via the web portal, select "Software" or "Hardware" depending on the need under "Affected Service".


If submitted via email, simply title your email "Requesting new hardware" or "Requesting new software" respectively.
