How to Submit a Support Ticket

Submit a support ticket to get help with technical issues, requests, or questions.


Before You Begin

  • Make sure you are connected to the internet
  • Gather any details about your issue (error messages, screenshots, etc.)


Steps

Submit a ticket

  1. Click Submit a ticket at the top of this page (if on mobile, you will need to expand the navigation drawer using the three horizontal lines on the top right) 
  2. Fill out the form with your information
  3. Describe your issue clearly
  4. Attach screenshots if available
  5. Click Submit


Submit by email

  1. Open your email
  2. Send a message to: support@thackerbroadcasting.com
  3. Include details about your issue


Confirm your request

  1. Check your email for a confirmation message that we received your request
  2. Check your email for updates. You can also use the ticket portal to check for updates.


Tips

  • Provide as must detail as possible
  • Include screenshots if you can
  • Mention what you were trying to do or what you were doing when the issue occurred


Need Help?

Contact IT if:

  • You are unable to submit a ticket
  • You do not receive a confirmation email
