Submit a support ticket to get help with technical issues, requests, or questions.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you are connected to the internet
- Gather any details about your issue (error messages, screenshots, etc.)
Steps
Submit a ticket
- Click Submit a ticket at the top of this page (if on mobile, you will need to expand the navigation drawer using the three horizontal lines on the top right)
- Fill out the form with your information
- Describe your issue clearly
- Attach screenshots if available
- Click Submit
Submit by email
- Open your email
- Send a message to: support@thackerbroadcasting.com
- Include details about your issue
Confirm your request
- Check your email for a confirmation message that we received your request
- Check your email for updates. You can also use the ticket portal to check for updates.
Tips
- Provide as must detail as possible
- Include screenshots if you can
- Mention what you were trying to do or what you were doing when the issue occurred
Need Help?
Contact IT if:
- You are unable to submit a ticket
- You do not receive a confirmation email
