How to Request New Hardware or Software

Request new hardware or software through the support system.


Before You Begin

  • Make sure you are signed in with your work account
  • Know what you are requesting and why


Steps

Submit a request

  1. Click Submit a ticket
  2. In the "Affected Service" field, select either "Software" or "Hardware" based on your request
  3. Enter details about what you need
  4. Include any business justification
  5. Click Submit


Wait for approval

  1. Your request will be reviewed for approval
  2. IT will contact you if more information is needed


Fulfillment

  1. Once approved, IT will begin processing your request
  2. You will be notified when it is complete
