Step-by-Step Fix
- Open Company Portal
- Make sure you're signed in with your work email.
- Check Device Compliance
- Go to Devices > tap your device > check for compliance errors
- Update Company Portal app
- On Windows, open "Microsoft Store" and search for "Company Portal".
- On iOS, open the App Store and search for "Company Portal".
- On Andriod, open the Play Store and search for "Company Portal".
- Restart your device
- Try installing again
