If the Company Portal app is not installed after setting up your company device, follow these steps.

- Searching for "Company Portal" shows no results
- You cannot access company apps
- Setup completed, but required apps are missing

- Device setup (Autopilot) has not fully completed
- Required apps have not finished installing
- Device has not synced with company systems

Step-by-Step Fix
Try this first
- Restart your computer
- Wait a few minutes after logging in
- Check the Start Menu for Company Portal again
Check your connection
- Make sure you are connected to the internet
- Try opening a website (for example, https://google.com)
Allow setup to complete
- Keep your device powered on
- Stay connected to the internet
- Wait 10-20 minutes for background setup to finish
- Check again for Company Portal
Manually install Company Portal
- Click the Start Menu
- Open the Microsoft Store
- Search for Company Portal
- Select Company Portal (Microsoft)
- Click Install
- Open the app after installation
- Sign in with your work account
Sync your device
- Open Company Portal after it has installed
- Click Settings
- Click Sync
- Wait for the sync to complete

Contact IT if:
